You take two of them in the morning, but you have to drink a lot of water, but let me tell you it works. It gives you that extra boost that you need when working out and because of that it also boost your libido as well. It has blood flow enhancement benefits because of the nitric oxide boosting natural ingredients. It improves your stamina and workout abilities. If you are having issues with ED this will definitely help. Compared to some other product it tried this is the best one yet. It I have already recommended this to family and friends to buy for that extra boost of energy while working out and the extra boost everywhere else.

I had to because I was so amped up and was lifting too heavy with crazy volume. Getting off the preworkout and staying on this has me lifting heavier and I can push through a lot more. Sadly I do not feel any increase in energy or drive during the day. I have tried other testosterone products that helped with my energy, and helped with my sex drive at the same time. This product really did neither of these for me. Luckily I did not have any adverse side effects, s at least there was no downside to taking them.
