Great tires

The price of 5 new tires for a Jeep is never a happy feeling ! However just tires was competitive. The individual that provided service at the counter and the mechanic were friendly and on time. They called when it was ready for pick up (not too long). happy to hear free rotation for the life of the tire! Very satisfied!

Snow Beasts

Wanted something a bit more rugged looking after my last set (Eagle's) so went with these guys. They look great and perform better. They are quiet, handle water with grace, and make driving in the snow fun! I was tasked with picking up all my snowed in buddies and these ripped through 1-2' of snow in some places with ease in 4 wheel drive. Recommended for someone who appreciates quality and functionality.

Great online experience and ease of scheduling.

Bought these tires for a Ford Raptor. I can honestly say these tires are one of the best I've ever driven on for any vehicle. The breaking on snow/ice was incredible. And for a pick-up truck, the ride and handling is equally phenomenal. Great job Goodyear!

Early results

2014 ford f150 no level or lift kit < 2k miles driven Bought the tire for better traction in the Indiana weather. Too early to tell if they are good in the snow. Main concern was road noise, yes there is a slight wine while going down the road no matter your speed. At normal radio level you'll hear it. They will grab a soft shoulder when you slightly vere off the backroad. The oem tire would just slide down off the pavement. This tire grips and over correction could be a problem. Just stay on the road would be the simple solution. Yet when it happened i was suprised. Lost 3 mpg, averaged 18.5 now down to 15.5, you have to pay for that tire wine music somewhere so all that grip gets you at the pump. So if you want your truck to drive like a car go with the passenger oem tire. If you want the truck to ride like a truck buy these.

Unstopable

From a weekend wheeler. After many months of watching a couple of my buddys put the durtracs to work in serious off road conditions i couldent help but to get my hands on a pair! And boy am i ever pleased! these tires look great and perform ever better! Im writing this because i just got back from some deep snow/ice/slushy offroad trails, that i can say honestly i wouldnt have been home tonight if it were not for my duratracs! These tires took me to mine and my vehicles limits today and managed to get me home safely. Iv seen these tires in action and now iv experienced them for myself! They are simply and truely unstopable! I dont know how they did it but wow did goodyear ever do a mind blowing job with these tires. If your in the market, do not think twice about putting these on your vehicle! You will not be disappointed.

Heat makes me doubt their lifespan

Overall very pleased with these tires. They look great, they ride comfortably, and have been excellent for traction. My one concern is they seem to be losing tread at an exceptional rate. I live in Texas and with hot road surfaces I'm leaving rubber marks everywhere I drive, just by driving and parking normally. I really doubt they're going to make it to their warranty, but hey that's what warranties are for.

Very happy with one exception...

I am very happy with the look, ride, and feel of these tires. My truck is lifted 6" and I got these tires in 315/75r16. Minimal road noise with decent mileage for the size of my tires and truck. The only negative is that I have found these tires wearing a little more quickly than I would have liked especially since I have only put less than 3,000 miles on them.

The only tire for my H3

The Duratrac is an outstanding product. This tire is aggressive yet quiet you just can't believe how quiet it is, and you won't sacrifice traction to get it. Until I actually drove with the tires on my Hummer I didn't believe they would preform as well as they do. Great Tire the only one all ever run on my Hummer again!

extraordinary tyre!

55k with my LR4. very good traction on snow (till 30cm), very good on mud, not very good with wet, braking will go little longer than with road tyres. not so noisy....but noisy. Very Good tyre....I think 30% off and 70% road, not extreme for off-road, but a good compromise. I'll surely by again!

weak on thorns...

Bought these tires as they are one of the few load rated tires for a Chevy 3500 (pulling 15,000# gooseneck) that have good traction. They are excellent for that and get you through any muddy spots without fail. HOWEVER, DO NOT use them in south Texas or anywhere there are thorns. The design of the side wall/lugs seems to act like a tractor beam for thorns. I trashed two brand new tires with mesquite thorns, which is usually not an issue for similar all terrain E load tires.
