It helps to be able to read(and trust) instructions and visualize concept drawings. Overall instructions were right on and relatively easy to follow. Had to do very little adjusting to make things fit. Except for where actually needed (lifting), I was able to do 90% of the build by myself.

What started out as protection from the hot Texas sun, turned into creating our own little slice of paradise thanks to our Yardistry Avery Pavilion. Installed pool side with added wrap around granite bar, big screen TV, and decorative lighting at a fraction of the cost of a custom pavilion. Great for entertaining or just hanging out by the pool, very satisfied with our purchase.

We had it professionally installed because of how big it was and it took 8 hours to build. They were immaculate and did a wonderful job. Very well built and we love it. We've already put a lot of use to it, and it's fabulous for all of the outdoor parties that we host.

We installed this pavilion on our deck last summer and for the first time in years we enjoyed our summer out on our deck even in the rain. We live in Northeast Ohio and I was worried about the winter snow on the roof we had a lot of snow but no problem with the roof. I couldn't be happier with our purchase of this pavilion it's a great product.

We bought the Avery Pavilion last summer,for shade and to be able to sit outside and grill no matter what the weather. We picked this because it was a perfect fit for out deck. It is exactly what we hoped for. The construction of this product is amazing, it's solid and sturdy. If put together correctly it is sure to stand up to all kinds of weather. We are close to open water and are also out in the open with few trees, so we get very high winds which have no affect of any kind on the stability of the pavilion. Could not be more pleased.

there a decent pavilion , happy with looks , assembly is not too bad, took most of 2 days for me and wife to assemble it , watch the videos will help , i did put all the hardware in a nut and bolt organizer and labeled them , there is a lot of hardware , that made it much easier to keep track of them , you will need 3-4 people to put roof panels on , the aluminum roof panels could be thicker , i did have a roof panel that had thin paint on the inside , a phone call , a couple emails with picture's , and they did send a new one, was not a problem , they were very helpful about the problem and made it right

I am very pleased with the quality and outcome of this product. It's price and value holds true. I assembled the Pavilion myself and took a solid 5 days. You will need help with putting up the frame and roof, but other than that I managed to assemble everything else. Keys to a successful install: Follow steps carefully and make sure everything is squared/leveled or else pieces won't fit properly. Have Patience! The process was challenging at the same time very attainable (to the average DO-It-Yourselfer). At the end, it is rewarding and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend purchasing this product. You will need some tools, make sure you are prepared before starting the assembly.

I have purchased and assembled many products before and have had mixed results. The Savannah Pavillion was so well thought out. Each piece fit perfectly and the engineering excellence could be seen in each step. You can tell that a lot of time was spent to engineer a very high quality product.

This kit was a dream to put together. It was a complex project and took time, but every cut was exact and every hole was exact. laying out the roof panels is critical to a perfect final project. I found that putting in only one screw in every strap first was the way to go. After every strap has one screw to the rafters then it's critical to get the cross frame measurement to 145 and 11/16 inches exactly before installing the second screw in every strap. That way when the panels go up the roof is perfectly matched to the frame. Also it is impossible to install the #10 X 1 1/4 Pan screws inside the base of the posts as shown in figure 2.2 forget them. Just use the #8 X 2 1/2 wood screws per base mount as shown in figure 2.1. The bolts through the base plates and the posts is plenty strong enough without the internal pan screws. Also you should use a square to ensure that the 406 end gables are perpendicular to the 401 beams before tightening the hex bolts and installing the wood screws. There in enough play in the pieces so the end gables can be 3 t0 5 degrees out of vertical if a square isn't used to ensure verticality. Perfectly vertical end gables makes final fitting a breeze.

We are the envy of the neighborhood. We have people stopping everyday to comment on how beautiful it is. Our house backs up to a street and a large church so we get lots of lookers. Couldn't be more pleased. Perfect condition and excellent workmanship.
