These are ALWAYS in short supply!

Probably because their eggs are so good and full of lots of good things. Their EB stamp on each egg tells you it's a quality product!

Poor cartons for eggs

We like Eggland's Eggs and will continuing buying them, but the plastic cartons are horrible. They pop open when handling the carton to check the eggs, or when carrying them into the house (my husband broke 8 eggs because the carton popped open). Plus a person can easily cut themselves on the plastic.

as expected per brand

Shell is thin and fragile. Too many cracks by the time I get home. Plastic carton is too thin and weak for the number of eggs. Difficult to manage without the carton bending and threatens to spill or crack eggs inside. Plain ole egg carton is so much better, but maybe that would not work for more than a dozen eggs either. Don’t know the advantage for a restaurant to buy in >dozen cartons either.

Subpar Compared to Member's Mark Eggs

I normally buy Member's Mark free range eggs, I bought these because they were white to dye for Easter. The quality does not compare to Member's Mark. These eggs break almost just by touching them and the packaging is inferior, often opening when you pick it up and making it easy for eggs to drop out.

Kids know what's good

A few years ago my 2 granddaughters, teenagers at the time, were staying with me. Their first breakfast was bacon and eggs.....Egglands best of course. They wanted to know how I made them taste so good. I was surprised to hear that since normally they would pretty much eat anything that didn't eat them first and without comment. They really do taste better than just any grocery store egg.

Good eggs, but not the best

Decent quality, although I find their boast that these are “vegetarian-fed” hens laughable. Hens are NOT vegetarians, they eat bugs and worms when possible. What their claim tells me is that these hens are confined and fed a vegetarian diet. The eggs are decent quality and superior to the usual eggs from caged hens, but cannot compare with eggs from pastured hens.

Great Eggs, Flimsy Carton

I like Eggland's Best eggs. They are one of the few egg brands that I can eat without it hurting my stomach. I'm not overly fond of the packaging. I'm not sure why the change from foam cartons, but these plastic ones are flimsy. The plastic is very thin and the carton tends to want to bend. The eggs themselves are great. I'd buy them again. But I would prefer different packaging.

Solid option but my favorite is pasture raised M M

These Eggland’s Best Large Cage Free White Eggs AA (18 ct) are a reliable choice for quality eggs. While they are generally fresh and tasty, I have occasionally encountered a few eggs that were not as fresh as I’d hoped. However, the majority of the eggs in the carton have been consistently good, and I appreciate the cage-free aspect of their production. Overall, a solid option for those looking for decent quality eggs.

Just ok

Grabbed these eggs because they were out of the regular ones we regularly get due to the egg shortage. The price was ok, I can't say they are any better than what we normally buy. But for hard boiled eggs they were the absolute worst, they would not peel!!
