We have been purchasing Egglands cage free for years. Lately, Ive been finding a little red piece of matter in each egg when I crack them open causing me to throw the egg out. Also, the red EB stamp on the outside of the egg seems to be seen on the inside of the shell. What kind of ink is being used foe this stamp?

The normal place that my husband picks up breakfast for early flights closed their local location without notice. I found myself making a dozen breakfast burritos for a morning flight. I purchased Eggland's Best along with the beast ingredients I could find on short notice. The eggs turned out so fluffy that I could have messed everything else up and everyone would have just concentrated on the Eggland's Best eggs. I have been feeding my family egglands best for about two years now and honestly , had it not been for the limited variety the store I was shopping in had to offer I wouldn't have stumbled upon the amazing eggs. The first thing that I noticed was the yolks were very deep yellow , way more vibrant. Then to top it off , the egg whites were firm and didn't spread everywhere automatically moved to #1 . Did I mention that they really last so much longer than your everyday generic eggs which is what my family calls other egg brands lol. Last but not least and the most important the B-12 and Omega 3s make it officially the best brand of eggs. Thank you Egglands Best for being so amazing.

I have always loved these eggs. they are always delicious and filling . But the neatest thing about this brand which i do not understand how but when hard boiled the shells remove easily always not like most eggs in the stores i do not know how that works i just know these are always easy to peel.

I put the eggs in cold water in a saucepan. Then turn on the burner on high till they come to a full boil. I then cover the pan and take it off the burner. I let them sit for 10 minutes. I then drain out the water and run cold water in the pan. I shake the pan to crack the shells. I then take a teaspoon and run it under the shells and they slip right off. The eggs will still be hot so you can split them and put butter on them. Yum !

The only egg I can eat . I've tried many brands but this egg is the only brand I don't react to if you have any reaction to eggs give it a try if medically possible it's the feed that gets me really sick . Since these are vegetarian fed, I don't get any gastric issues..
