It is not abrasive, it doesn’t hurt or scratch my dishes. I have even used it to take marker of my own hands!

I love Italian foods and with the marinara sauces I may use will leave stains on my plasticware to save leftovers to put in the refrigerator. I was putting a little clorox myself, but was afraid I would mess up my appliance. I am so glad that now I can use this product and my plasticware, cookware, dishes, and my glassware are so clean, shiny and disinfected without having to handwash beforehand. Yay for Cascade!!

I was one of those who never used dishwasher because I felt that dishes are best washed with hands and that a dishwashing liquid cannot clean he dishes. Until I met this liquid. Love it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best cleaning dishwasher solution I have ever tried, I have also for many years tried the powder form however sometimes that cakes up in the dispenser of the dishwasher so I do prefer the liquid I have a family of 4 in my home so I use my dishwasher at least twice a day and I would recommend this cleaning product to anyone

Myself and younger son both caught the flu at the same time, and by washing all my dished with Cascade with Clorox I didn't have to worry about spreading germs to my husband and older son.
