We are using this detergent for more than ten years. It is excellent for all kinds of dishes, glassware and pots after family meal. We have never rinsed them before loading the dishwasher but they were still getting clean and spotless after normal washing cycle. Even dishes with baked-on food came clean after using heavy-duty cycle and needed only a rinsing.

It is part of the Natural Process of doing Dishes before bed. Load the Dishwasher, fill the slot with Cascade Complete Gel (which is just a mere Squirt), and add a Cascade Platinum Pac. Start my Whirlpool Dishwasher and head for bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade gel does a great job of cleaning our dishes without leaving residue on them. I use it in conjunction with Cascade rinse aid. I have tried other products, but they don't clean as well as Cascade.
