We are sorry you didn&#39;t get the clean you expected with your Cascade Gel, Pb. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don&#39;t expect these things to happen. We want to provide some tips so you can continue getting the best results with our Cascade products. Some of these you&#39;ve maybe already tried, but we want to share just in case:<br /><br />• Be sure your water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit.<br />• We recommend running your kitchen tap before starting your dishwasher so the water goes in hot.<br />• Run your dishwasher when no other water supplies are running, like the washing machine or the shower. This way, you&#39;ll have full water fill and pressure.<br />• When loading the machine, be sure all items will get the full spray and that your spray arms aren&#39;t blocked.<br />• Store Cascade in a cool, dry place.
