We use this gel in the pre-wash cup and tablets in the main wash cup as suggested by a good friend that happens to be a service technician specializing in Dishwashers.

Used their powdered product for years. But this gel is outstanding. No more loose powder mess. This is a rich thick, no splash gel pours and measures easily and accurately with the same or better performance. We're sold.

Have always used dishwashing Pods/pacs. . . Tried Cascade Complete Gel and Love IT!!! Think it gets the dishes cleaner and shinier. Going to stick with the gel!

I normally use cascade for the most parts but in granular form not the gel. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of this large bottle and how well it worked.

We prefer the gel to the packs you can buy now since it allows for some cleaning during the pre-rinse cycle as the dishwasher is designed to have. Cascade has done a great job getting our dishes clean. No complaints.

I love the large size of this product. It seems to last forever. Not to mention to wear and tear it saves on my dishwasher not having to deal with the plastic of normal dishwasher pods.

I was hesitant to buy it at first because we are so accustomed to the pods, but this works even better! I use it to clean sinks, faucets, glass showers, and works wonders

Gets my dishes squeaky clean, and I like that it doesn't come in a pod where the plastic casing for the pod can eventually clog the plumbing if they're used long enough.

It works like a charm. Load the dishes into the dishwasher, fill the detergent dispenser, start the washer and at completion of the cycle remove clean dishes. Simple as that and sparkling clean dishes.

Found out the pod version does not completely dissolve and cements up our sewer! Cascade liquid works just as well and you have more control on the amount of detergent needed.
