I thought the product was mislabeled as stewed tomatoes. No salsa flavor at all, just tasted like canned tomatoes. Where are the spices, where is the fresh cilantro?

I have missed this product. I finally found it in Sam's Club and bought a jar a couple of weeks ago. I just went back to buy more and the stores are out again. The Cilantro Salsa is not good but plenty is available of that option.....must be people aren't buying it. Please stock the Fresh!

It looked tasty so I was excited to try it but maybe mine was from a bad batch because it tasted like plastic; slippery and blend. I tried it with multiple dishes and ended up ruining my meals instead. I used literally 3 tablespoons of the jar and ended up leaving it in the fridge for 6 months because I really didn't want to waste it, and in the end I dumped it on the garbage disposal. Personally would not recommend at all.

We bought this salsa last month and will continue buying it as long as it is available. Tastes like fresh salsa that is served in better restaurants. We use it as a side condiment with wrap sandwiches, grilled hamburgers, BLTs, club sandwiches, etc. Love it!

As a rule I hate jarred salsa, despite loving home made/restaurant salsa. My wife got this from Sam's and I tried it and immediately fell in love. It's not like the other salsa from a jar -- as the name implies, it tastes fresh and has a little kick to it as well. I absolutely love it and this will be the only salsa we get from now on.

I love the smell of salsa, this, imo, smelled like there was a cigarette in it. My wife said that was the cilantro, if I wanted cilantro, I would of gotten the cilantro salsa. Gross flavor, watery. Took it to a corn hole tournament and it was the only salsa left over.

I am 70 and used to cook for a living. This is THEE BEST tasting Salsa I have ever had in my life!! I hesitated buying it cause it's in a large jar, but it was gone in 3 days. Went back to Sam's yesterday and bought another jar. So good with Scioops and add some to scrambled eggs...oh baby. :)

The color used in the cream is too intense. I used bare hands to eat the cake and the color entered inside my nails and remained there for 2-3 days even after vigorous washing with soap several times. However, the cake was tasty. I don't know what is wrong with the food colors they use.

This salsa went bad in less than 2 weeks, stored in the refrigerator the entire time. There was active fermentation - you could see it bubbling away! The use by date is Nov 6 2019. I had been buying Walmart fresh salsa with no longevity problems, but decided to buy the Sams version as it was a better price and I had it at a friends house frequently. I know the use by date assumes an unopened product, but neither of us had ever had fresh salsa go bad before it was used up usually a month or two. The taste was great, but I will likely not purchase it again. The number on this batch is 19019007514C 05:24.
