No Preservatives. Use it promptly once opened(Sam's says 7 days). Way more tasty than the shelf stable grocery store types.

There is too much raw garlic in it, hard to get down for me. A little Less of the garlic would make a huge difference in the taste.

The cake was wonderful. The decorations were perfect and the cake was moist and fresh. It was a huge hit at our 5 yo birthday party.

This stuff is dangerous. It should be called crack salsa. It’s always fresh. Great texture and tast.
