The seal exploded spraying salsa when once I took the lid off. The tomatoes tasted very acidic as if they were off. I opened this a couple of days after purchasing it and stored it in the fridge.

I have tried this in the past, thought it was fine. Bought it in a pinch recently and threw away the entire container. This pico had absolutely no flavor and was horribly bitter. It wasn't even worth saving to cook with or add to another recipe. I will not buy again.
