Great price and value. The Dutch oven is beautiful and sturdy. Following the care and cleaning instructions are key to maintaining the integrity of the product. My last Dutch oven suffered chips and scratches because I didn't care for it properly. I intend to maintain and use this one for years to come.

Cooks evenly. Would have given a 5 star but any movement at all will scratch a stovetop, which it did. You cant even slightly turn it with out lifting. Will not purchase another since it will only be used in the oven.

The handle chipped on my dutch oven. I have owned it roughly around a year and have only used it 6 or 7 times since purchase. It sits on top of my stove as decoration when not in use. It has never been used it in the oven. I contacted customer service through Tramontina and they told me it was not a warranty issue. Disappointed. It is a beautiful pot but not if the finish does not stay on.

One star because the only reason why anyone would buy this is for the enamel coating. The enamel coating is not resilient. We've used and washed twice and enamel coating has chipped in three places; two on lid and one on one of the handles. This thing is nowhere near Le Creuset quality. Performance wise, well, it's heavy, and it's a dutch oven. I already own a Made in USA Lodge cast iron dutch oven and hoped the enamel would have been a nice addition. I'll be saving my money for a Le Creuset.....there is a factory store at State Line/Primm outlets.

After using this cookware for the first time, I noticed rust along the edges on top and under the cover. It was hand-washed and air dried after use. It appears well made but the rusting is unacceptable as it could leach into food.
