Thanks for your feedback on our JBL Tune 520BT. Please make sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices nearby. Lastly, try resetting your unit. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. To reset, press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons for more than five seconds while the unit is on. Your headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. If you need more help, please contact us.
