Sound is fine. Easy hookup. FLIMSY design. This is the second pair I bought for my son. First ones broke, I thought it was a one-off. Second pair broke in exactly the same place less than 6 weeks after delivery.

They’re pretty comfortable, good quality fr, when answer calls I’m not having to worry about sounding like a robot. For the price and quality, I recommend.

I got this for Christmas and only used a few times and now they don't work , they wont charge either., glad I didn't waste my money on them.

Headphones have good quality audio and a decent battery life, the earphones specifically are kind of small though and will hurt your ears if you dont figure out a perfect place on your ears.

I didn’t have them for a month fell off the bed not a bad fall now all of a sudden when they don’t connect and when they do they turn off and who thought it was smart to put the connection button and power button as the same

I have been using this device for a couple of days now. The app connectivity is very good. Charging time is less. Sound quality is great. Only concern is that the ear lobes start paining after an hour of use.

I bought my headphones to wear on the airplane ride to Hawaii. I listened to my podcasts and music. They were comfortable and sounded great. I liked that i could adjust the volume with my phone.

I bought these headphones a while ago. I'm a mechanic and I wear them around the shop and to help block sound a little bit. But to be honest, I'm really really really disappointed in these headphones. I do understand these are more affordable and budget-friendly headphones and JBL makes good products. But honestly these have been some of the worst headphones I've ever had. They barely have the ability to stay on your head. I cannot wear these and take a sip of a bottle of water without them Just sliding right off whether I'm looking down or any other simple movement. These headphones don't seem to have the ability to actually stay on my head. It has become very frustrating to try to use these. I still continue to use them on a daily basis. But if you have the money buy something a little better than these, I apologize. JBL but these headphones are not good. Besides that, love your products

I purchased the JBL Tune 520BT headphones as a Christmas gift for my 10-year-old granddaughter, and she absolutely loves them! They were reasonably priced, stylish, and a big hit right out of the box. She finds them very comfortable to wear, and the battery life has been impressive so far. They’re perfect for her age—fun, practical, and well made. A great gift choice that I’d happily recommend!

Very good sound quality and amazing battery life. It could be a little more comfortable for long term listening. The leatherette ear cushions are comfy for short periods but they get hot and sticky for long term. Also the pad on top for the top of my head could be stiffer. For short listening periods it's fine but the long periods it starts to irritate the crown of my head. Overall it's a good value and good sound and probably fine for some, or anyone that does not listen for hours at a time.
