These headphones are cheap material but they are great if you are looking for a cheap alternative to expensive headphones

I have been using this device for a couple of days now. The app connectivity is very good. Charging time is less. Sound quality is great. Only concern is that the ear lobes start paining after an hour of use.

I didn’t have them for a month fell off the bed not a bad fall now all of a sudden when they don’t connect and when they do they turn off and who thought it was smart to put the connection button and power button as the same

Bought refurbished unit after buying my wife new ones. They work identically. Linked up to all my sources flawlessly and allows me to still have phone calls with a simple tap. The sound is great also.

The battery life on these things!! A five minute charge and they last for weeks. I’m pretty certain they are glued to my son’s head because he never takes them off.

I bought these headphones a few weeks ago and I'm glad I did, they sound great, once I adjusted the equalizer on the app, and they pair fast and easy to everything, and battery lasts a long time and charges fast.

This is my second pair the first pair lasted 4 years and they kept playing even falling all to pieces here's to another 4 years or more with this new pair.

These aren't bad. Sound is ok, etc. but the clamping force that these deliver on your skull is inexcusable. These things could crack open a coconut. If your head is any larger than a grape, you are going to want to try to "train" these by stretching them out over something. I cant believe that someone at JBL thought this was a great design. Apparently, comfort isn't a part of their design criteria.

Excellent pair of headphones for the price. This is for the 520BT headphones, which aren't necessarily "noise canceling" headphones, but as soon as you put these things on, the world about 85% disappears. I have trouble hearing myself with them on. And sound quality is excellent. The equalizer seems a bit limited in it's ranges (there's a couple preset options that you can mess with and it saves them as subsets to the presets), but I have trouble hearing much difference to each settings, and I have a pretty fair ear and always like to tweak my equalizers to my perfection. Oh, they are also comfortable and stay put, I wore them out in the garden and with light yardwork and they only had to be readjusted a couple times, slight slipping, never fell off. They're comfortable on my ears, I have multiple piercings in each ear and I wear glasses, and they caused me no discomfort to wear over all that for a couple hours at a time. I could definitely see myself as one of those kids that wears headphones all day with these. Plus, the customization of colors was just super cool! Battery life seems excellent, which I am excited about because I hate having to charge things constantly.

Honestly the quality of these headphones aren’t bad and are comfortable but the amount of problems and bugs the headphones have are ridiculous. Sometimes the headphone won’t turn on after hours of charging or sometimes it randomly cuts off while you’re listening to music even when it full charge. While the sound quality is decent the constant problems with the headphones makes them not worth it. There are better headphones to buy from in my opinion
