I purchased a JBL 520BT headphones from Walmart about one month ago. Today, while I was working out at the gym and simply listening to music, the ear cushion suddenly broke without me touching or adjusting it. The headphones were being used normally and I’m surprised this happened after such a short time. I believe this may be a manufacturing defect.

I really like these headphones a lot! The Bluetooth function makes them super-easy to pair with my phone, my laptop and my TV which is great since the sound is better than with the speakers plus they allow me to watch movies and stuff late without waking my neighbors in the apartment building I live in. Really great headphones for an extremely reasonable price. Definitely recommended.

I wanted headphones that sounded great, would let me listen to audiobooks in a noisy environment, and were wireless so I wasn’t constantly annoyed by wires while doing chores. These do all that. Plus it holds a charge a lot longer than expected, it’s far easier to set up and use than any Bluetooth device I’ve owned to date, and can take a phone call on it easily - all I have to do is select the name of the device from the list and it works. And it’s comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. I don’t know if music listening on it meets audiophile standards but I’m not one and am pleased. I am a bass fan and it has enough. I can tell that the clarity of what I hear is much better than what I’m used to (earpods that come with iPhone) because I’m hearing sounds in music and podcasts I didn’t pick up on before. I downloaded the app and my model isn’t listed in the app software at first but that turned out not to matter. Once it was paired, it showed up. This product is a home run for what I wanted it for. Well these were supposed to be a Christmas present to myself but i had to break them open before then. So glad I did because while I'm cooking or baking for the holidays, I can jam out. They sound great, fairly easy to adjust controls and stay charged for hours. However, when i bend over to pick something up they slip off my head and fall on the ground. Maybe duck tape will fix that!

my mistake was expecting the headphones to work out of the box. great difficulty charging them. the charging light wouldn't stay on. tried multiple different charging cords and outlets. read in other reviews that sometimes this particular issue can be fixed by taking tgem apart, then reassembling. garbage. had higher hopes for jbl product. will be returning for refund asap

I'm very satisfied with my JBL headphones. They exceed my expectations, allows me to talk on the phone freeing up my hands to cook, clean, or work. The sound exceeds my expectations. I can watch my shows/videos on my phone without waking my husband up. The charge seems to last forever and the charge time takes only minutes to fully charge. The bud covers fit my ears perfectly. They feel snug at the very beginning of use but then adjusts and is very comfortable. The head band has a nice cushiony feel to it. They block external noise but not so much that I don't know when my husband is wanting my attention. I bought 2 for my husband and me. I identify mine with a rubber band. 😊 Great product and I highly recommend!
