Check the date and buy fresh

The icing is amazing. Check the date - I didn't and got a dry crumbly cake.

Definitely NOT like the lemon bundt

not very lemony, NOT anywhere near as good as a Nothin'Bundt Cake. Not even close. Was soooii disappointed.
