Forty years ago I was thrilled anytime I could get so-called "lox on a bagel." Fast forward, and this salmon has been a staple for me for all the years Sam's has carried it. I suffer no waste because I cut the salmon into single serve portions, ziplock and then freeze it/them upon opening. On a plain bagel (or lite toast will do in a pinch), I add cream cheese, and sweet onion is primo. Occasionally I'll also add a slice of tomato, which is how "Bernie's Bagels" deli of Columbus, OH, served it to me in the 1980's. This salmon from Sam's never disappoints, great flavor-taste and texture, and amazingly economical when I get about 8 servings from a package.

Please make available for pick up again. I've purchased so many times and it's a disappointment that this wonderful Nova is no longer available. Bagels, lox (Nova) and cream cheese is a staple for this Jew. In case some don't realize, most "lox" served for bagel topping is usually Nova, which is the non salty version. Lox is salty and fishy, Nova is mild and not salty. Sam's offering is my favorite store bought. Please make available again. Thanks.
