I'm leaving reviews for all the flowers I ordered for my inlaw's formal 50th anniversary dinner. I spent hours on this site reading reviews, looking at user photos. Pinned flower photos on pinterest for over a year imagining the arrangements. Watched youtube on how to arrange. I am a beginner arranger, but everyone asked me if I was a wedding planner or florist. You guys, these flowers look look like a pro did them. We paid $330 for all the flowers and they were breathtaking. You do need some time ahead of your event, but it's not much work at all. We took a day to arrange centerpieces for 7 8 foot tables, two topiaries, and 4 bigger arrangements. They were stunning. I ordered these with white roses, white alstroemaria, and white oriental lilies. Hydrangeas arrived as specified, even though it was Christmas Eve. They each have a bag of water on the stem. It was winter, so they weren't even wilted when they arrived, just squashed from packing. Followed instructions with water, food, and a few drops of bleach. You can even add alum if you are worried about them staying hydrated for a while. I used two big tupperware totes, and I placed some bowls in the water to help stand them up. Don't forget to cut the stems. These arrived THREE days before my event, and they are still gorgeous now three days after. Use these hydrangeas to build the form of your arrangement. We also used them in larger ones..they have such an impact! If I could post more images I would. If you are in doubt, don't be. They are fabulous!

We got 180 hydrangeas for our Saturday wedding, in addition to 800 roses, some lillies, dendrobiem, and delphinium. we got them on Thursday morning, as scheduled, on Friday they got assembled into a sponge. Fiday night I had nightmares that they will dye (everyone knows how fragile the flower is). Saturday morning we watered the sponge and they looked perfectly by Tuesday without sign of dying.

Would purchase again

I have purchased these hydrangeas twice - once blue ones for a bridal shower, and most recently these whites ones for the wedding. I received them two days before the event. I followed the directions and put them in water immediately after receiving them. All stems were in tact with only a couple having very little damage (not noticeable - i was able to use all 60 stems). They looked perfect for the wedding and reception - better than the hydrangeas we received from the local florist for the bridesmaids bouquets! They were larger, more white in color and 1/4 of the price per stem! It is now 8 days after the wedding, and I still have 5 of the stems in a vase in my dining room - and they still look fabulous, with minimal aging visible!!! I can guess they will be good for another 2 or 3 days! The ones I received for the shower 2 months earlier were the same quality, so I can state that this is not a fluke - this is consistent quality. I will definitely be purchasing these for other events in the future and would recommend others to do the same!

We ordered the hydrangeas for the bouquets and table decorations for my daughter's wedding. We ordered them the Wednesday before the wedding and followed the directions on-line. Cut them diagonally under running water and put in about 5-6 inches of water. We made the bouquets on Friday. We used the white hydrangeas with about 5-6 coral roses and they were gorgeous! We put the bouquets in vases in a refrigerator that was not too cold and other than a few that were touching the side of the refrigerator, they turned out great! We replaced a few hydrangeas in the bouquets just before the wedding and they lasted well into the next day. I would highly recommend these flowers and they were a fraction of the cost! We ordered the roses from a florist and about 1/3 of them arrived discolored and almost dead. We were much happier with our Sam's Club flowers!

The flowers were beautiful! I heard that hydrangeas are temperamental flowers and was worried about purchasing them online. I am so glad that I decided to buy our wedding flowers from SAMs! We saved money and they turned out wonderful! I was worried about how they would look, if they would show up on time, and if they would be full of life for our tables. They arrived on time and packaged nice and neat! We ordered several different flowers form SAMs, and they ALL were gorgeous!! We followed the instructions that were sent with the flowers and had NO problems. Out of the EIGHT boxes of flowers we purchased, I think we only questioned about THREE flowers total !! We received the flowers two days before the wedding and they lasted about 5days after the big day. I would do it again!

Received 30 hydrangeas on Friday morning by 9:30am from FedEx. The flowers were packed tightly in a long rectangular box, with small bags of water secured by rubber-bands to each individual stem. The trip was traumatic for the flowers, but all but 2 perked up and looked beautiful after the stems were cut and they were rehydrated with the supplied food. The flowers were fully open and lovely for the 5:30 ceremony on Saturday. Even after 12 hours in 80 degree heat during the ceremony and reception, they remained beautiful. So much so, that we were still able to donate several of the bouquets to a local nursing home on the following Sunday. It is now Monday night, and, of the flowers we kept, a few are starting to show signs of aging. I'm expecting about 48 more hours before they will all need to be thrown away. I will definitely recommend these flowers to others who desire bulk hydrangeas for their event. Other than the loss of 2 of the flowers, they were lovely and I was not disappointed.

I ordered these hydrangea (along w/ the white roses and pale pink spray roses) for my June 21 wedding. They were so gorgeous! And huge...each hydrangea could have been a bouquet on its own. I highly recommend ordering these... I ordered 4 boxes and had enough to make 8 bridesmaid bouquets, my bouquets, and decorate my entire reception for much less than what a florist quoted for bouquets ONLY. You won't regret it!

I read every single review out there which helped lessen my anxiety about this endevour, so I wanted to take the time to write my own review for others. I had ordered the 12 pack for my trial run, and they were fantastic. Despite the knowledge that different quantities come from different suppliers, I ordered these for the wedding as they were more economical. I scheduled them for a Thursday delivery for a Sunday wedding (based on the shelf life of my trial run flowers). The flowers arrived in the late morning and did not look quite as good as I was hoping, but I wanted to give them time for rehydration. Each stem has a baggie with water on the end, and there was still water in each one. I followed the rehydrating instructions, including cutting stems underwater with floral scissors and using Quick Dip (both to keep air from getting in the stem and promote water uptake). The next day they hadn't fluffed up as I was hoping and when I started to make arrangements, heaps of petals were falling off. It became quickly evident that many of these stems would not be usable. Went to local SAMs and they were terrific to work with. It was too late to order more, but they said we could buy what we needed from florist and they would reimburse us. Luckily after calling around we found replacements. Overall, about 10 stems ended up in the trash. The color is more ivory then true white (what I wanted anyhow). I used 2 hydrangeas and 8 roses per centerpiece and kept them in the cool basement until the day of. With the usable stems, the arrangements did last for at least a week. I rinsed the storage containers, vases, and glass beads in a bleach/water solution to kill bacteria prior to using. Each centerpiece was just over $12 (vases and glass beads from dollar store). The money savings made the stress worth it in the long run. Other reviewers had mentioned that SAMs would work with you if a problem, and they did not let me down.

These were an outstanding value compared to other online flower sources. We bought white and blue hydrangeas for my daughters wedding on 8/2/13. I ordered plenty of extras because I was afraid of drooping. We had almost no flower loss. The white ones opened up huge. We filled centerpieces the day before and they were all perfect at the reception. I have one vase of flowers still blooming after 12 days. Used preservative and "Quick Dip" when we cut them all. The bridal bouquet held up beautifully too.
