The hydrangeas were in the perfect stage of opening when I received them. I did as told and cut the stems and put them immediately in water. They did well in arrangements in the Arizona climate.

I bought these for my daughter’s quinceañera center pieces. Great flowers, very durable and easy to work with. I’m not giving 5 stars because two of the flowers came out dead because the bag of water fell off. Other than that I was happy with them.
