Always excellent

Ordered the hydrangeas for a Saturday night wedding. We got them Thursday morning. Packed well and following the directions. We stored them in the refrigerator to get them to last longer before the wedding. A couple of the blooms did turn a light brown but we had plenty to use for decorations. A great value for the price.

Beautiful

I purchased 120 hydrangeas for my son's wedding. The wedding date was 09/23/2016 & the flowers were ordered about 12 days prior. As soon as they shipped, I was sent an email and was able to track their progress, even as they spent the Saturday before the wedding in customs in Miami! I was SO nervous! Nervous about whether they would arrive on time and in what shape...well, ALL of that worry was for nothing! The flowers arrived in 4 long boxes on Wednesday 09/21/2016 as promised, before 10:30 a.m. and the boxes were in nearly pristine condition. So far, so good! My Mom stayed at our house to sign for them and called me at work when they arrived so I could come home to cut the stems (with good floral shears) and get the blooms in water. The boxes were EXPERTLY packed and each bloom was in a plastic cone shaped sleeve, each stem had a small baggie of water securely rubber banded to the end. The flowers were simply GORGEOUS and had remained so for at least 2 weeks after the wedding. In fact, I have one bloom that is still near perfection! I can't believe the size, the beauty and the quality of these flowers. Everyone at the wedding commented on the breathtaking flowers. I shopped around for the best price and Sam's was just about 33% cheaper than anywhere. Even our family friend, who is a florist, offered to get them from her wholesaler for us was at $3.75/stem! I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the flowers, the service, the delivery, the price, the quality...just everything! If you have any hesitation, cast it aside and order the flowers!!

Due to my event falling on a holiday weekend, I scheduled delivery for 3 days prior to it. I followed the enclosed directions to the letter and the flowers were perfect. Several guests thought they were artificial and asked where I'd purchased them upon realizing they were real flowers. Their beauty lasted a full week and a half. A couple did have browning on petal tips, but that is to be expected since they are natural and was easily remedied by simply plucking those few individual petals. Tips: Hydrangea are thirsty flowers. Keep them well watered! Don't discard them after the blooms are spent. They are easily rooted and you can grow a living memory of your event. I won't hesitate to order these again.

Pleasantly surprised

Please see my review on the "Earth Tones Wedding Package" page. I ordered 2 sets of 30 heads. They arrived beautifully packed by people who obviously know what they're doing. The heads did need water and room to grow, so carefully out of the packaging and into the buckets they went. I added water daily, though did not change it. My entire order requested Wednesday delivery for Saturday's wedding. The heads were pearl white, flawless and nearly doubled in size after hydrating from Wednesday to Saturday, when I trucked them to the hotel ballroom and put them into place as part of impressive table décor. I usually work with the local wholesalers, but their prices couldn't beat Sam's, nor could their selection of sizes OR quality of freshness. I can honestly say, I didn't fret for a minute--knowing the kind of quality items Sam's regularly stocks. It just wouldn't make sense that they'd flub-up their florals! Be sure NOT to over pack the 5 gallon buckets with too many stems because these flowers DO expand! If the heads look tight, start thinning out, adding extra buckets if necessary. Keep the water to a minimum for weight, and you'll have no problem transporting the flowers TO the site for set-up. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED these!

I ordered 3 boxes goty wedding reception and could not be any happier with the flowers I received! They were beautiful!

These came dead at least more than half of them! I was so sad because these were for my centerpieces! I was heart broken!
