No instructions, tips come with the product and no "how-to" videos, articles on your website. I want to love this product, but it is literally trying to find YouTube videos specific to my product and it is time consuming. Almost want to return

This is my second Food Saver machine! My last one was 28 years old!!! Works perfect! this new one is even easier to operate! Used it today and it seals great!

I bought this FM2000 to replace our 7-year-old FM5200 that has quit working properly. The FM2000 worked great, and we are looking forward to many years of vacuum sealing.

I've had this for years and it still works perfect. Can't wait to upgrade!! Sometimes I have to relocate to enable vaccum/seal modes but no complaints here after having it this long. Love foodsaver brand!

I bought one a couple of years ago. Doesn't work the greatest. I know I should have looked somewhere else, but I couldn't afford anything more expensive. Also, I lost the receipt for the other one.
