Didn’t get the chair I order

I order the recliner with the table and UBS adapter. But that wasn’t what I got. Return it thinking that Lason would correct the issue. No they didn’t. They send me the same recliner in a different box. So I got tried of trying to call everyone. At this point I will never order a big item on line. It’s cheaper to buy in stores.

The power recline feature of this recliner works great. I like this swivel side table. The built-in cup holders are very nice.

Not very comfortable, when you lift the legs it’s hard to get it to sit up straight to watch TV, it’s a lot shorter than it measures I’m 5’ 9”and my legs hang way over

Motor started making a horrible noise

I am thinking of seeing if I can return it. The motor started to squeak like its going out and this happened when it was just over a month old. Chair was cheap for a reason. Remember you get what you pay for.

Looked nice, headboard somewhat uncomfortable but within a few months it stopped functioning!!! No up. No down. The return process with Sams was a nightmare..horrible. Still waiting for refund.
