It was exactly as pictured. Received when was told it would be. Am completely satisfied with chair. I may order another one.

sturdy and comfy for sure. When the chair arrived I was a little concerned. Once put together and m family began using it, we fell in love.

I bought this chair a month ago. Easy to assemble. Comfortable. Didn't expect it to look so good, very comfortable. Nice features.

It is bonded leather, not real leather. But in the produce title it says leather. Now we go back to the question, is bonded leather real leather? the Answer is NO

less than one year and the recliner quit working totaly. i had experienced issues from the begining with the power not lifting. I was able to unplug and reset until it finally stopped working. working with customer service is a nightmare. i take it they outsource to the phillipines for customer service. its very hard to understand them and they dont offer the correct support. they sent fedex to pick up the broken chair but did not tell me i needed to box the chair. where would i get a box big enough to box it. I called them back and they appologized of course but the new replacement has not even shipped and they did not know when this will ship. horrible procedures for customer service. now I sit on a broken chair. i wont buy furniture from sams again. i had a similuar issue with a diamond ring i purchased there.

Set up was super simple, the recliner itself is comfy. Cannot recommend this enough
