My daughter bought two 1/2 gallon size units over a year ago. My wife had a stroke in June 2020. We were concerned about the air quality in our home. We purchased an air quality meter which measures particulate matter in the air. We couldn't figure out why our air quality was in the unhealthy range. Somehow, we figured out that it was the fact that we were using tap water in our unit. If you research, you will find that along with water vapor, the ultrasonic vaporizer will also spew out the dissolved minerals found in all tap waters. When we used distilled water, the air quality PM particles went down to nearly zero. So, if you are using tap water, you are getting moisture in the air, but you are also getting particulate matter which will affect your health negatively. The photos tell the story.

I bought this product around 3 months ago upon there arrival of my first baby! And I am so happy I bought it because I use it everyday and I feel like it really helped me through my pregnancy with my stuffy nose and I feel like it really helps with my baby! I feel reassured when it’s on and it’s not loud at all which is a plus!

My daughter has seasonal allergies, which has turned into all year allergies that causes nosebleeds. I bought The Crane Cool Mist Drop Shape Humidifier to put in her room to keep moisture in the air, and it has helped tremendously. I like that it runs 24 hours, and automatically shuts off if the tank is out of water. The Crane humidifier doesn't require a filter, which is a big plus, and its quiet so it doesn't interfere with her sleep. The tank is easy to fill, and is good for a 500 square foot room, BPA free, and produces up to 2.3 gallons of moisture when running 24hrs. It doesn't have to be just winter to have a humidifier running in your home, it's good all year long, the moisture helps with dry hair, which causes static, and dry skin. Also, I clean mine every week or so with vinegar and water to keep it running at it's best.

One of the best humidifiers out there, I had been searching for one for a long time but couldn’t make a decision. I was scared that some wouldn’t be what I wanted but this humidifier is everything I was looking for. It works wonderfully and doesn’t make noise at all.

I brought this almost four years ago and my family is still in love with it! When anyone in the house gets congested or sick, we pull out our humidifier. Not to mention, it is pleasant on the eyes. After all these years, it still works like a charm. Thank you Crane!

I am so glad we got this Drop Cool Mist Humidifier! We originally got this for our baby’s room to help with dry skin and nasal congestion. It was perfect for the nursery because of how quiet it is when running! We now use it in our room especially during the school year and winter months to help keep sickness away. It really works wonders for congestion, dry skin, and chapped lips. Depending on the day we move this to different rooms and it has worked well in our small nursery, to medium-sized bedrooms, and larger basement. We can really notice the difference between when we use it and when we do not. I can’t imagine going through the school year let alone a winter without it. Plus it looks nice and decorative. We hope to purchase more for our house soon!

When we moved into our new house, we didn’t realize how dry the furnace would make the air all winter long. The first week we moved in I couldn’t talk because my throat was so sore and hoarse. My husband researched and we settled on 2 Crane Drop Humidifiers. We’ve been using them for 5 winters now and will be pulling them out again soon. We did have hard water and it ruined our first set. So we purchased new ones. However that was no fault on the product only on our water.

While this humidifier runs great, very quiet and efficient, it is impossible to clean!! I have even reached out to customer service asking about it and nothing has worked. We had to throw the top away because even though I followed the directions and used distilled water, there was gross buildup. Would like to try the top-open version of this product and see if it is easier to use.

I bought this humidifier when I was still pregnant and consistently for my baby’s first winter. I loved the dim light for nighttime breastfeeds, although I have since covered the light with tape to keep it darker in my baby’s room. The humidifier is easy to clean, and I love that the directions for cleaning are printed right on the humidifier, so you’ll never lose them!

I love this humidifier. So much so that I let my friend borrow it for my goddaughter when she got a cough. I had a horrible cough earlier this year and this was the only thing I could use to help me sleep and get rest through the night. My goddaughter ended up getting a very similar cough and I have it to my goddaughter. I’m so happy it helped her too through a difficult time.
