These tires provide such a sure footed smooth ride in both dry and wet conditions. I am looking forward to their performance this winter in upstate NY.

I have never been disappointed with Michelin tires until now. Put a set of Cross Climate 2 on a 2017 Ford Escape at 51,638 miles and the car handles great, like an expensive sports car. However the tires are excessively noisy to the point I thought something was wrong with the car, the wheels or what ever. I paid three different tire shops to evaluate, one of which is my primary tire dealer and they all concluded nothing wrong with the car, it's the tires. I never liked driving her car because it always swayed in turns and curves on the highway. It would feel like the car would just give way and have to be jerked back. Apparently the side walls were very flimsy and would give way under pressure. The new tires do not suffer from this action. I now enjoy driving her car and the ride is very smooth and feels secure.

I feel safe on the road in all weather conditions. The tires grip appropriately in all weather climates. I have not encountered any problems since the purchase. These are great all weather tires and I recommend them fir anyone who dies not want to have the hassle of winter tires.

They are extremely quiet and provide a soft and comfortable ride. We were in the mountains when a deer ran out in front of us and because of the way the tires responded we were able to avoid hitting the deer. It felt like we were in a sports car instead of an SUV. On wet roads, it feels like we are driving on dry pavement. I would definitely recommend this tire.

Both looked and felt the same - knock-knock sound - and screw inside the tire thread. I googled “puncture resistance of Cross Climate tires” and found the same cases. I generally like Michelin products but this one is very disappointing.

Had the Cross Climate 2s on until it was time to trade in the car another 30,000 miles later. They still had more than half their tread left. They were also much better in the snow than the Nokians. I actually couldn't wait for snow just because it was so much fun to drive in it. Felt very solid and safe in all weather conditions. This fall I will be replacing the OEM tires with another set of Michelin CC 2s it will be money well spent.

The Michelin tires have been such an improvement in so many ways. The noise is greatly reduced, the handling is terrific and they perform miracles in all climate conditions.

They stop extremely well with no aquaplaning on my Toyota highlander. Noise is not overly loud. I have put 4,500 miles on the tires so far. I am very happy with the purchase.

In SW Tenn and don't get much snow, but like the control in heavy rain. Still figuring these tires out but like them so far. Maybe a little noise but not enough to cause concern. These tires seemed to balance well because I am please on the highway at speeds and no vibration. I know they are move for SUV's but they look pretty good on MAL.

As luck would have I experienced a similar rainstorm after having the new tires mounted. They seemed to preform much better. Of course the old tires were worn. The CrossClimate 2s were much quieter than expected given the aggressive tread pattern. The true test will come once snow is on the ground. I'm a skier and looking for better winter traction without the need to swap tires out twice a year.

But after driving for 1000 miles I noticed road noise has decreased significantly and mpg had improved very much. I checked it with a decibel meter. Also the traction in rain is really good.

These tires on average 3- 5oz of weights which is a lot. The longest measurement of weight was 5 inches.So this is my 3 rd trip back and this time they a ( road force test) ,something I haven't heard of.This machine manipulates the sidewall of the tire, then rebalance.They end up with about the same amount of weights.So I leave and they did this procedure one more . Was told they are, whats considered acceptable limits with minimum vibration.So they are ok for now, I quess. My old worn out pilots...

Note: I chose the Helium fill option if this makes any difference.

These tires were chosen after reading many on-line reviews of various 3 season tires. These tires have a very agressive tread. I jokingly refer to them as 'tractor tires'. However these are great in rain, especially down pours as the tread design sheds the water easily giving the tires excellent grip in the wet. They also give confidence on gravel or dirt roads, gripping the road surface without sliding. On dry pavement they run smooth and quiet creating a comfortable ride mitigating most imperfections in the road surfaces. They are also quite good in early autumn snow before the winter tires get installed. Very happy with these 3 season tires.
