Performs as advertised. It mapped all the rooms quickly and cleans very well. I've had it for two weeks. Two pit bulls were tracking dirt etc. I'm very happy.

My expectations weren’t that high about it at first until I used it on the very first day it arrived. It came fully charged, didn’t need to be programmed, and just worked its way around the house. Was amazing! It was doing way better job than my two maids.

I am very pleased with this Roborock vacuum purchase. I have been an iRobot owner up until now. What a difference this Roborock makes. It's cheaper, runs longer, effective on all types of floors, and as a bonus is great for picking up pet hair! Highly recommend!

The Q5 Pro vacuum robot is great. The software is nice and the performance is good on my hardwood floors. I still vacuum with my large vacuum cleaner at least once every ten days but the Roborock cleans daily. The only thing I do like is the Roborock skill for Alexa. It doesn't work.

So far so good. Easy setup and great mapping. Way better that my other 2 name brands were. My others used to be hide and seek when I got home, this one is always on the dock where it belongs. It vacuums straight lines and not wonder around always lost. Great buy!

Love it. My last robot was 10 years ago from eufy. This one is night and day. I like how I can it can map my house and I set areas where it shouldn't go to. Does decent job of picking up hair and little dirt debris around the house. Before this I would manually vacuum when I find little hair and dirt around. But with the robot it can just run and one less thing for me to worry about. It's nice to walk around with no dirt or dust stuck on my foot/socks.

This thing sucks! Literally. It does an awesome job on LVP and carpet. The app is awesome. The mapping is great. I am able to put no-go zones or even an invisible wall. I don't have a negative thing to say about it at all. It literally rocks....Roborocks. Seriously I like it a lot.

This is the second Q5 Pro I’ve purchased. I also own a Shark robot vac with all the bells and whistles, but chose another of this simple machine when I decided to have one robot vac on each floor. It does everything I need at a good price. The suction is great. It’s easy to clean the filter and the dust tray. The battery has more than enough power to get things done and recharges quickly. I can’t comment on the mopping function because I prefer my separate steam floor cleaner for the large amount of tile and slate flooring I have. My son who just bought a higher end Roborock model for his home loves the mopping feature. He suggests buying additional pads for convenience.

I was skeptical of robot vacuum when I bought it. I kept all the packing materials so I can return it. It took me a week to understand how to operate it. Now I am the biggest supporter of Robotock Q5 Pro. It vacuums better than people do. The features are very good and easy to understand and operate from my phone. I would recommend this. The moping feature is not that great.

I'll be using this in the garage. For the moment I'm using it in our new home while the Saros 10R is in our current home. Had I not tried the Saros first I would probably be more satisfied with this. But it's very basic compared to the Saros. It does do a good job vacuuming and does fairly well mopping. However, unlike the Saros, it cannot, not can I add/specify, areas that are carpet, and there is no feature to add area rugs either. That makes cleaning a mixed space a lot more challenging. But since this will eventually be living in the garage, and considering it was deeply on sale because of the Saros line coming out, it is still a great value for the right situation. It did manage to get itself stuck on 1/2" drain pipe on a couple occasions... And doesn't have the programming to automatically avoid that area later and consider it a hazard. Instead, I had to add no go zones manually. But that's easy enough.
