I used this on my kids now 20 and 19 . It worked better then store brands. Always reduced fever fast . Now I am raising grandbaby and I keep a extra bottle besides open one because it works I trust it .

The smell and taste is great which a plus in my book. Plus it works fast. I have used this for my daughter. Normally if the meds taste bad she will this up. But she didnt when I have this to her.
