This stuff does a good job at reducing a fever but I have seen better results with my toddler using children’s ibuprofen.

I use this Tylenol the other day on my granddaughter she had a fever she loves the grape I would use it again for it .

The effectiveness is great. The safety is good especially for younger children. The taste isn't the best but no medicine is. Def recommend this.
