Children's Tylenol works very well after immunizations. It tasted good to my lil one so she didn't fight me when I was giving it to her. It worked for her slight fever and soreness.

This is always my go to for my boys when they have fevers and it never fails me this stuff is great taste good my kids love it so definitely recommend if your have little ones

Liquid administration makes this so easy! I tasted it myself and it had a mild sweet taste. Works quickly and is a staple. Has been hard to find lately

I really like this acetaminophen brand and always get this for my kids. Its not drowsy at all and helps so much with fever and pain. My kids don't hate the taste too so thats a huge plus.
