For a quick way to break a fever is a dose of children's Tylenol. I don't use now other cause this works GREAT for my grandbabies .. I used it for my kids and now I will continue to use this for there kids.

Works everytime when my kids have fevers. I usually give it to them 30 mins after checking their temps and then I give it to them every 4 hours as needed.
