I have a 6 month old and every time he gets sick due to vaccines, I would give him a small dose of infant Tylenol and by the next day or two he was feeling much better.

Tylenol is the only thing my doctor recommends for my little one it works but it can be better... i feel like tylenol is not as strong for adults but i guess for children its okay.

Good for kids over the age of 2. I would highly recommend. However the flavor is not very good. They have grape which is s little better. I often pick grape over cherry. Overall this a very good product for cold.
