Getting your children or anyone to take medication that isnt able to take tablets is difficult enough but when other brands have a horrible taste it makes it much harder and something that isn't looked forward to even in order to feel better. I like that Tylenol has understood this and helped out by making a less stronger after taste while still having the same fever reducer effect

This product has always worked well for my daughter and granddaughter. The only issue is that it is not dairy free so my granddaughter cannot have it. My daughter used to like the taste of it so it was never difficult to administer. It basically tastes like liquid candy (very sweet) so kids LOVE it! It always knocks down the fever quickly.

When my boys wake up crying of their ear hurting or their head or a fever no matter the need we turn to Tylenol! It seems to always work for is and faster then any other brand! We gave up on motrin in our house we are Tylenol users and we will not settle for less.

i keep this product on hand all the time... when my grandchildren visit..(often) lol runny noses... fevers... when they have a cold... they love the flavor.. so that makes it easy for me to get them to take it... and it works.. i have tried other brands with my oldest grandchild.. but with the two younger ones it has always been tylenol

My 4 year old just had her vaccines at her check up and when she was sleeping that night , developed a fever. Right away I have her a cold shower and Tylenol as directed on the label and within an hour she stopped shuttering and her fever came down. We all got some rest that night.

There is no reason why this needs to have dye in it. My child literally throws up every time they've taken it. The hospital only had this red 40 dye Tylenol for my infant. Terrible product. Red 40 has " been found to be contaminated with benzidine or other carcinogens"
