My 3 year old got sick and we took him to the doctor twice but they basically told us to ride it out, fluids, ginger and honey, etc. (Don’t get me wrong, we love our pediatrician but they tend to be a little more homeopathic.) This is by far, the best option for my baby when she needed and will need to have her vaccines, it have a sweet flavor and help kids to enjoy them and don’t feel a rejection when they need to have a dosis. Bought a brand name children's tylenol as the generic was out of stock. Didn't need it until past return date. Opened the box &the "tamper evident" seal is around the bottle, easy to slide off, didn't even attach to the lid. The lid twisted right off, easy access to tamper with the actual medication. Funny coming from the company that is literally the reason why we have the tamper evident feature after they had cyanide laced-capsule. Unacceptable on my CHILDS medication! The generic brand I buy always has a safety seal over the lid!

I buy this for my grandson. He is 6 years old and always says it has a good taste and always takes away his fever within about an hour. Love the product. I would highly recommend it for any parent or grandparent that has a child with fever. I feel it works better than any other product on the market for breaking a fever.

This product has always worked well for my daughter and granddaughter. The only issue is that it is not dairy free so my granddaughter cannot have it. My daughter used to like the taste of it so it was never difficult to administer. It basically tastes like liquid candy (very sweet) so kids LOVE it! It always knocks down the fever quickly.

When my boys wake up crying of their ear hurting or their head or a fever no matter the need we turn to Tylenol! It seems to always work for is and faster then any other brand! We gave up on motrin in our house we are Tylenol users and we will not settle for less.
