I have given my child cherry infant Tylenol a few times, and each time they've gotten it, they have thrown up shortly after ingesting it. This is also the product the hospital gave them during an ER visit, which again resulted in them throwing it up. We give this to our daughter if she is having fever and it helps to bring down the fever easily. Also if it is some other pains like ear pain or something else we can depend on this definitely. But please consult your doctor before giving anything to your kid.
