I use this sparingly personally. This does help reduce fever and if a child is really uncomfortable when sick it does help cover the symptoms a bit so that they can get the sleep they need to get better. Absolutely follow your doctor's advice and don't exceed dosage. It is best to give dosage by weight than by age.

I’m very cautious when it comes to giving my kids medicine. I trust this brand enough to give my kids this medicine when they are sick. It is effective and affordable. Like some kids, they hate the cherry flavor though. Wish Tylenol makes more flavors other than grape and cherry.

There is no reason why this needs to have dye in it. My child literally throws up every time they've taken it. The hospital only had this red 40 dye Tylenol for my infant. Terrible product. Red 40 has " been found to be contaminated with benzidine or other carcinogens"

This product has always worked well for my daughter and granddaughter. The only issue is that it is not dairy free so my granddaughter cannot have it. My daughter used to like the taste of it so it was never difficult to administer. It basically tastes like liquid candy (very sweet) so kids LOVE it! It always knocks down the fever quickly.
