I think Children's Tylenol Oral Suspension in cherry flavor works well on and fever or aches and pains that kids may have. The flavor is great and the kids really dont mind the taste of this! but I still prefer Motrin. It does get the job done if needed.

I have tried many different flavors and brands of cough syrup on my kids and this one is the only one that my kids won't spit up. I trust Tylenol because their medicine really helps reduce fevers and what kid doesn't like strawberries. I will continue to buy this product in the future

Tylenol is the only medication we use. I don’t understand the direction every four hours not to exceed five doses. My day has 24 hours , doses would be every four times six. Every four hours times five = 20 hours. I ask because we can’t use other medications because of allergy and at 103.7 what is the expectation for the other 4 hours?

Children's Tylenol Suspension liquid bubblegum flavor works great and my daughter takes it easily! It works really fast on her fever. As a matter of fact, 30 minutes ago, when I got home from work, my 4 year old had a headache and a temp. She was super lathargic and looked awful! She just popped up and is asking for dinner. She is already doing so much better! Love how fast it works!

This is the only one my niece used when she was sick. Smells like cherry juice and my niece 5 year old loves it. Effective pain killer and fever reducer for kids. Good part is that it comes with a measuring cup and tricky bottle cap so kids can not open.
