I bought 2 of these barrels because they were advertised with a brass spigot for a garden hose hook-up. However, one arrived with a brass spigot, but the other arrived with a cheap plastic spigot that likely won't last through the winter. Very disappointed and not sure who and how to get in touch to get it corrected.

I would say overpriced Probably should have purchased a " stand" to put on for stability and draining access BUT did not know that you can purchase it . Lots of debris inside from drilling and cutting during assembly - RINSE OUT WITH HOSE B-4 you install

After extensively reviewing this brand, I decided to purchase 2 of them. The reviews were mostly decent. I had them installed and got torrential rains the same night. Overflow is a huge problem so make sure the water will properly drain away from your foundation. Mine is suspended on river rocks and concrete stones. My biggest concern is that they both leak around the spigot and seal continuously which really burns my @$$$$$. They need to construct these better! Overall, they're aesthetically pleasing which is the main reason I bought them instead of a $5 food storage bin. Thesee are overpriced and not worth the price I paid. Some reviewers suggested marine epoxy. Maybe buy some of that before you buy these barrels.

Rain barrel came without spigot attached. Hole was cut but hole was left inside of rain barrel along with the plastic shavings! Necessary to unscrew screen and remove the hole cutout and shavings before setting up rain barrel! I have bought this type of barrel before and never had to do that cleanup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maintenance will be so easy with this. Very durable. Assembly was super easy. Design is fantastic. Capacity is great. Will def hold the rain we are currently getting.

Be very careful when shopping. Look at different colors and you might switch barrel sizes. I was reordering more barrels and the page somehow switched from 50 gallon units to 40 gallon units which I had to return.

I don't like that it came from China that wasn't clearly written on it. And inside it had a this piece contains lead toxins. That wasn't written anywhere either. I mean I'm watering my vegetable garden do I really want to put lead on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The barrel is very sturdy and you are able to move it very easily. Need a screwdriver to remove the hardware but simple and ways to set up. Good for watering my outdoor plants.

Due to other work being done in the area of the house that this rain barrel will be placed, we haven't installed it as of this date. But we know that it will do the job that we need done.
