We had a great experience other than our original install date was cancelled, but they were able to get us in first thing the next morning. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and the installer did an excellent job! I am still waiting for the refund on the installation charge since our original appointment was cancelled and we were then charged again with the second appointment, so hopefully that will show up soon on my credit card app.

These tires make a noticable difference in noise and ride on my 2018 Subaru Cross Trek

Excellent tire. Hit a pot hole and destroyed mine. This is a replacement With their road hazard it was prorated which saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend Sam's and their tire department.

Tires seem quiet and car handles well. Traction rating disappointing. Trade off for high milage rating. Will see how they ride at EOL.(Rubber gets harder with age)

The defender 2 , features long mileage and durability above all else, it's ok at other stuff, if looking for high performance, or great winter or rain tires, super quiet, super plush ride, this is not it, it's ok at that, but not stellar. This a an 80k tire, harder rubber, and will be good for the rough roads I travel to work. If longevity is what you are after, with good but not great manners, it's a good fit. If you expect high performance, stellar rain performance, or super plush ride, you will not like this tire. Others fill that roll, yet will not last as long, it's all about what compromises you wish for. Happy with them for what they are. Happy with Walmart service as well, great group of people.

Bought 4 replacement tires for my 2017 Rav4, tires are just as noisy as my original OEM tires. Was hoping for quieter ride, but the same. Set pressure to 32 psi, but no difference. My winter Michelins are quieter, Defenders are a harder rubber with gives them longer life, but increase road noise.

I am very disappointed with the Michelin Defender 2. The 4 tires are rated for 80,000 miles. However, I am experiencing uneven wear (feathering) on al 4 tires at 12,000 miles. I have documentation to prove I have been aligning my tires at Firestone since the tires were purchased new. The shocks and struts are new on my vehicle. However, I am experiencing noisy tires, and the roads feel bumpy all the time.
