[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Ultrahuman ring air for 2 months. It is great for getting insight into your sleep, stress, heart rate and a ton of other indicators. There is a lot to learn about so make sure you read how the indicator numbers are calculated and their different components. I like it so far. Battery runs for a week before needing recharging. It’s nice that you don’t need to take it off in the shower or working out.

It has made me make changes in my sleep hygiene so that I get a better deep sleep and ultimately a better recovery. The reasons I didn’t give it a 5 are: the battery really only lasts 3-4 days, I am unable to wear it while I Olympic weight lift so I can’t track my workouts and it seems to be quite different on the step counter then my Apple Watch which I wear on the same hand. Besides that I think having it has made a very positive improvement in my overall health and I’m happy I bought it.

I have the ring in black, and it wears off quickly, so it doesn't look as nice as it did at the beginning.

It's helped me stay on top of my recovery, stress, and most importantly, sleep — all without disrupting my daily routine. The ring is so lightweight and comfortable, I barely notice I'm wearing it. The only minor drawback is the battery life. On Chill Mode, I get about 3 to 3.5 days, and it drains even faster when I activate Workout Mode. A longer battery span would make this near-perfect wearable truly complete. I think some more customizations can be provided to reduce the HRV tracking so it saves battery life maybe.

However, my ring quit working today… I went thru all of the steps to “fix” it, & now I am in a “battery drain” that will take FOUR days. Frustrating!! I’ve only had the ring since March. I’ve had my Apple Watch for years with no issues!!! I hope the “drain” fixes the issue, but for someone who checks my data daily, I’m going to be lost without it.
