[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the ring for Christmas in 2024 and it was amazing for about 6 months when then it suddenly stopped holding a charge and was not connecting with my phone to transfer data. I have stopped wearing it since then since it was getting annoying to have to keep manually connect it with the app again and charge it at least 2 times a day. I loved it for the first few months but since then it’s been not great.

It has been so insightful to see my daily sleep scores, get reminders to help get better sleep and maximize sunlight, movement, etc. My one tip to you is to make sure you keep your ring charged. If the battery dies it does take a little time for it to sync and connect back with the app, in my experience. I charge it while I shower each day to keep it at 75% or higher.

I purchased it out of interest and wanting better sleep insights as I struggle with sleep consistency. Let me tell you, I got much more than I was expecting. The insights providing are amazing! There's so much information that I have yet to learn to interpret all of my daily/weekly insights fully. As a woman, I was interested in the cycle tracking and those have been interesting. I have noticed that the insights do change based on the data received and input on the app - which I appreciate.

I usually never charge it so that it’s 100% and don’t let it run out of battery (before this). I use the chill mode and haven’t used any workout modes etc so I guess the rumors regarding the battery life were unfortunately true. It was good two months!

The ring has been outstanding. I use it to monitor my sleep, sleep debt, dynamic recovery, and various other features. The ring's durability has been excellent so far. I have the matte black version. I engage in normal daily activities like washing my hands and doing dishes, and there are zero scratches so far. The battery life has also been impressive. I appreciate that I do not have to pay a monthly subscription.
