I love the sleep feature and the period tracker as it is more accurate that my existing app I had. I have started taking it more seriously how and when I am sleeping to improve my sleep score.

There are actionable things I can do such as ending my caffeine intake before a certain time so it doesn't affect my sleep. I do wish it recognizes parent mode for those who have young kids because I can't sleep earlier. It doesn't track my afternoon naps sometimes.

I mostly use to track my sleep which has been really insightful and even helped me better my sleep hygiene. I had also felt that despite sleeping for 8+ hours a night, I was still waking up exhausted. The ring validated this very concern and reinforced that while sleeping for 8+ hours, a very small portion was actually restorative. Great purchase, no complaints so far!

Vooral het slaapgedeelte is voor mij een echte meerwaarde: ik krijg inzicht in hoe ik slaap en merk dat ik hierdoor bewuster bezig ben met mijn rust. De ring zit comfortabel, ook ’s nachts merk ik bijna niet dat ik hem draag. Daarnaast is de app overzichtelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk. However, my ring quit working today… I went thru all of the steps to “fix” it, & now I am in a “battery drain” that will take FOUR days. Frustrating!! I’ve only had the ring since March. I’ve had my Apple Watch for years with no issues!!! I hope the “drain” fixes the issue, but for someone who checks my data daily, I’m going to be lost without it.

It was great to see when I’m in deep sleep and or not getting much sleep at all. Even seeing recommendation on when to stop eating or getting the most out of the sun had been a great add to what it does. Want to learn more about the ring wish it came with videos on what to expect.
