[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love how this ring looks. Hadn’t tarnished or changed color. Sleep tracking, stress, and period tracking is very accurate but I really wish the step count was more accurate. I believe it’s off about 20000 steps a day.

I was nervous with all the negative ratings talking about the battery but I have had no issues and when I keep my ring in “Chill Mode” it lasts about 5 days. It is very accurate in detecting sleep and they are always updating the ring and adding new features! I wish I could connect it to my Strava app but that is my only complaint.

Being able to track my metrics and see my stats in real time has been a huge blessing. There are so many more benefits included. I truly don’t know how I lived without it before. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago and very glad I did. I get to see in-depth stats of my sleep which is the main reason I bought it. Love the tips and analysis the ring provides. The app is very clean and organized. The two things so far I don't love are the battery life and the ring material which scratches easily though less noticeable in the color I bought, titanium, than others I've or so I've heard. Other than those two, I love the ring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a couple months I will say I enjoy the content. I appreciate the efforts to improve it. I think it has some weaknesses that should be fixed. Taking measurements every five minutes is not enough. The battery recharging isn’t practical - I always lose multiple days when I need to recharge. The gaps in heart rate are too frequent. Make it vibrate or something if it isn’t picking up. The inability to record during a round of golf or a tennis match stinks. Thinner would be better. The age thing is in conflict - one part of the software says I’m younger by two years and another says I’m older by a few years. The sleep data isn’t as granular as other sleep trackers. I wrote all this because I love the product. I am writing because I care.

The additional trends and other metrics are all a wonderful bonus and help me to manage my own energy. I find it motivating to know where to improve without it being negative. It gives me tools to know how to respond to changes in life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 months ago and it was a different experience compared to smart watch. you can still monitor your health and wear your favorite watch (not smart watch). Sleep tracking is also accurate and giving helpful insights. Sleep score was awesome and it pushed me to reach my goal. Sun exposure was also helpful and it gave me a reason to go out during the day.

Great to see all the tips and tricks based in your statistics! These are very hands-on and almost immediately give higher scores. Only thing is I can’t seem to get the app working on iPad, it does work on iPhone for me. Is it possible to connect your ring to multiple devices?
