Wearing this ring has helped me greatly with my sleep schedule and overall wellness habits. One thing it is not super great for is its real-life heart rate check.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the insights the ring provides! I did not have any problems until 3 months in. Then I had to do hard reset and that took a week. During that time I lost data. Now I am about 2 weeks out and my bbt and sleep stopped again. Because of the sleep I lost caffeine tracking. The messaging can be slow but they do want to help! I love that I can edit the times of when things happen and all the tracking with no extra cost! Other rings you have to pay a membership and I didn’t want that. Someone else I recommended the ring it has to get theirs replaced because the sensors stopped. Bring said it’s amazing for a new product on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Ultrahuman ring air for 2 months. It is great for getting insight into your sleep, stress, heart rate and a ton of other indicators. There is a lot to learn about so make sure you read how the indicator numbers are calculated and their different components. I like it so far. Battery runs for a week before needing recharging. It’s nice that you don’t need to take it off in the shower or working out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring for sleep tracking and it does this really well, much better than Apple Watch. so I don't need to wear the watch at night any more! it is starting to give me actionable comments after eg a bad nights sleep, but it is early days to know how this will impact my sleep habits etc. only 4 stars as after a number of weeks it disconnected from my phone and it took a while to sort out what was wrong. I contacted support and I had to do a battery re-set which involved letting battery completely die, which took about 4 days. I then re-charged it for a few hours and it connected back too my phone easily. It will now take a few days to see if I am back on track with data again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own an Ultrahuman Ring Air for 3 months, and I can tell that is realy changed my life in a good way. It helped me improve my sleep, change some bad habits , I am much more aware of how my sleep influences the whole next day. I love the app interface, the caffeine suggestion, the sleep improvement advices. It’s not that thick unlike other smart rings, and de design and variety of colors it help you feet with your style.

I got use to wearing it so quick because of how, lightweight and non bulky! It gives me all the intonation I wanted and need to see! Helps me keep track of my health, steps, menstrual cycle and most importantly my stress because I tend to stress a lot unfortunately! I think the only thing is that I do like to look at my stress so I have it on high battery usage so I have to charge it about every 3 days but it’s not too much of a burden.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman ring for a month and a half now and it’s really helped me improve my sleep and track my menstrual cycle but one feature I think that is really missing is a tracking feature similar to what an AirTag has because I have misplaced my ring a few times And find my ring sensor on the app is not helpful at all unless you are less than a meter or two away from the ring. If you have misplaced your ring in your friends house for example or in a restaurant the find my ring feature will not help you at all. I’d love for them to improve this feature or add some sort of tag to it so we can see it on find my friends.
