I would love to just leave a review for this dishwasher, but our delivery experience was so awful I just need to warn potential buyers. RXO is the delivery company that Sam's uses to deliver to our area. Large appliances ALL include delivery, installation and haul away. RXO does not honor this. They claimed installation and haul away are not included, and said I need to purchase the installation kit because it's not included either. They just unloaded the dishwasher and left. I called Sam's. They apologized then scheduled the installation and haul away with guess who? RXO. Approximately a week later, they show up, walk straight to my kitchen sink, take a quick look at the connection and say they can't install because of a corroded valve. Claims it might break if he turns it on. The valve is absolutely not corroded and I had just turned said valve off 5 minutes before he arrived, because I'd just removed our old dishwasher. He also informed me that we would need to buy the installation kit (because he didn't have one), replace the valve and reschedule the appointment. Mind you, it's now been about 3 weeks since I ordered this dishwasher as it was originally supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. My husband was livid after hearing this guy say that he wasn't going to install it. He just said "Whatever, I'll do it myself". The guy then goes out to his truck, grabs the installation kit and hands it to us...the one he didn't have. These delivery guys at RXO are all lazy, incompetent liars with terrible work ethic. Definitely reflects badly on Sam's Club. I really hope we like the dishwasher, but I will never order an appliance again from Sam's Club. It would've been much simpler to just drive to Home Depot, purchase the dishwasher and then install it ourselves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this dishwasher. My dishes come out cleaner than ever. I like the selection of choices for settings, because I can customize them to my needs. The washer is extremely quiet which is a nice bonus.

The dishwasher seems to work fine, it’s the seller and delivery I have a problem with Was supposed to arrive December 10 didn’t arrive until December 24, just got message they will install on the 21st January would have a dishwasher sitting in the kitchen for a month then we were told they wouldn’t hot wire that is the only way to hook it up I will never buy this way again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans dishes and silverware well. I wipe the silverware with a sponge before placing it in the dishwasher else it will leave a haze or spots. It is very quiet and I can hear the TV with the dishwasher running. It is easy to use, load and unload. It has drying feature but it is simply opening the door. Kind of wished it did better drying since I have to wipe water droplets off each dish before putting away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher about a month ago. So far it works great. I like that I can view the cycle and when it's complete from my phone. I also like the color and how finger prints don't show up. Especially having two kids that love to touch it. My only thing that I wish I knew when I bought it, is that is takes really long to dry. I do wish they had the heated dry cycle. Rinse aid is your friend if you buy this. Other than that, it works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher so far. Very easy to use and super quiet during operation. Love the fact that it is connected to smarthings app. It notifies my phone when a load is done, it also sends notifications for self cleaning, and other regular maintenance. Really well designed which allows for fitting a lot of dishes. Love the third rack for utensils. It did very well in terms of wash performance. It was able to get off light to moderate soil from dishes. Some of the heavier gravy stains needed some pre scrubbing. The second rack is a bit low so you cannot have both racks pulled and take out dishes without bumping into it. But overall a really good and well designed dishwasher for everyday use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent enough dishwasher; the cutlery top rack is a nice feature; we were able to take out the bottom insert to make more room, thanks to it; the tines seem to be designed for plates more than bowls, so we feel like we actually fit less in the bottom than in our old dishwasher; the major pain point is the drying - it does not dry! their troubleshooting FAQs suggest adding a rinse aid to help with drying; I don't know why that's the best option.

It was a good deal when bundled within the four kitchen appliances. The first unit I received leaked though and the door didn't always open at the end of the cycle. I contacted Samsung and they eventually replaced it with a good one. No issues since then.

Or just load everything in it on auto wash for perfectly clean dishes. I really like the auto open door after the wash for optimal drying. It's very quite and efficient enough to run daily. Looks very good with the control panel on top of the door. Also, can be programmed through smart things app on your phone. I highly recommend this dishwasher.
