Lots of space to load items compared to my previous dishwasher, and I enjoy having the top rack for silverware. Would recommend.

A 12" plate will hit the upper sprayer and stop it from spinning. Also, the delay works, but you need to follow the procedure or it will not function. Annoying with kids who don't follow procures well. It cleans very well and it is very quite, so we are OK with the negative issues.

This unit does an outstanding job cleaning my dishes and storm wash blew me out of the water on a huge family dinner load. I was skeptical of the top utensil racks cleaning ability, but wow it's never been an issue. The open door air out at the end of a cycle is such a nice feature. Then to top it all off I love that I can see, check on and control my cycles. Switch it on as Im heading out for the day. Knowing it's completed when Im other wise occupied. You've done a stellar job with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new home and received this product with no other options. When we did our inspection, the dishwasher was still sealed up and brand new. After moving in, we noticed it was already malfunctioning. First it wasn't getting enough water supply. Then we went to a neighbors' house and noticed our door and latch didn't function properly. We had to have a tech come out to fix the door so that it would slowly open instead of swinging down and the latch which was metal on metal (it made a loud clicking sound that it was not supposed to). Additionally, the top rack for silverware/ lids etc. is too high for it to fit many common items unless you use the middle space which is limited. It also is somehow too low that it makes it near impossible to put wine glasses on the top normal rack. If you don't like this feature, it also isn't removable. Would look elsewhere or a different model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most certainly the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. The first time I ran it, I actually had to get about 2 feet away from it to hear it running. The third rack is very nice, especially if you want to pull the silverware bin out for larger items on the bottom rack, but still wash your silverware. The ability to change the height of the second rack is also a plus, in case you have taller glasses or taller things on the bottom rack. The integration with my phone and alexa is nice, although not "necessary". Not much to do with a dishwasher besides put soap in it and select a cycle; you're likely not going to do that remotely. The only reason that I didn't give this product 5 stars is that it doesn't dry the dishes. It doesn't have any drying mechanism; just make the water hot, and pop the door open at the end and let the air do its thing. While I do appreciate not having something plastic fall down on a hot coil (which I did have happen in my old dishwasher), I would have preferred if it even had recirculated air drying to dry the dishes. Other than that, it works well, installed easily, and has cleaned my dishes very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went to go dishwasher shopping. I had a few things in mind that I wanted out of a dishwasher. I wanted it to be quiet and and I wanted it to be efficient. This Samsung dishwasher does both of those things very well. It's not uncommon for me to think that I forgot to start the dishwasher because iof how quiet it is unless you are really listening. You cannot tell that the dishwasher is doing its job until you stand next to it. The efficiency has also been great at use my mobile app to monitor the elite, electricity and water usage. And I'm very satisfied with the low consumption. It is very sleek. It's clean looking and I like that. The buttons are on the top, which kind of help to give it a more minimalistic look. I tend to just use the auto feature for all of my dishwasher needs that way, it does its best to clean based on how dirty the dishes are, it makes things very easy. The only reason I have a 4 stars instead of a 5 stars is because I do wish this dishwasher had a drying feel feature other than it opening the door which is a very nice touch. But I would have preferred another method of drying. Overall, this is a strongly recommended dishwasher, and I'm very happy that I have purchased it.

This may be a good unit, but Sams has failed to install the unit in the house. They hired a company that doesn't even have the common install parts to install the thing and they said it's my responsibility to provide parts and they weren't paid to haul away the old. Customer service is all but useless. I have to call to get any update. My emails to the tickets are never answered.
