[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading all the reviews I see why people don't like the way samsung dishwashers dry. I have to leave the door open for another 30 min. to an hour for the dishes to dry. It cleans decent if using the 1 hour cycle, I have been putting mine on auto and it seems to do better, but the cycle last for 2 hours and 30 minutes and if you use the sanitize, the time goes over 3 hours, so if you want clean dishes fast use the 1 hour, but you'll have to dry the dishes off before using them. This is just my opinion and each review will give different things that are good or bad. It is definitely a quite dishwasher, I can't hear it when it is running, so that's a plus!!!

Will no longer use any Samsung products. We've had multiple difficulties with product breakdowns. Although these products were bought from Costco, the follow-up is with Samsung who does not extend their warranty like Costco does. Also multiple communication difficulties very nice customer service. However, the products are the problem as is their current system. Products such as the dishwasher broke right after the warranty ended.

It is very simple and does a great job at cleaning the messiest dishes even if they’ve been sitting in there for 2-3 days. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is worth every penny. It's the quietest Dishwasher and I've had 40 years of buying and using a wide variety of dishwashers. This unit does an outstanding job cleaning my dishes and storm wash blew me out of the water on a huge family dinner load. I was skeptical of the top utensil racks cleaning ability, but wow it's never been an issue. The open door air out at the end of a cycle is such a nice feature. Then to top it all off I love that I can see, check on and control my cycles. Switch it on as Im heading out for the day. Knowing it's completed when Im other wise occupied. You've done a stellar job with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this dishwasher because it was stainless steel inside - I'm trying to use less plastic and I feel like stainless steel is more durable/longer lasting. I also liked the sleek design. It sticks out further than my old dishwasher, but it hasn't been an issue (at most it's one inch). I am having issues with spots on things - glass, silicone, and even my pots & pans. I tried adding Finish Jet Dry and that almost made things worse. I may try a different detergent, but trying to use what I have. A quick rinse when unloading removes it, but I hate needing to add another step. It is very quiet which is nice and fits a lot of dishes. I do like the top third rack although I'm not used to it and tend to forget things, but I'll get in the habit. The phone app is kind of annoying - like I don't need to be told the cycle is done, but maybe it's good for people who are waiting (I usually run mine at bed time so the app wakes me up haha!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old dishwasher with the Samsung Stormwash model. Everything comes out spotless! This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. I thought that maybe the lack of a drying cycle would be a problem, but it's not. The door opens automatically at the end of a cycle and the dishes and glasses just dry out when the steam releases. Plus, it sends a notification on my Samsung TV and my phone when done. There's even a third rack for some of the larger knives that might not fit well in the silverware basket.

The stainless steel interior stays very clean, something we thought might spot over time. The ice white exterior is nice, however, we will not be able to match to our other appliances. We wish regular white was offered.

The auto door release is another feature that has us amazed since there is not the steam that comes from the top of the unit like our old unit did. As it is still new to us the process of getting the dishes clean has become easier with this product. The option for cleaning is a plus with just a touch of the buttons to select the degree of washing cycles and a gentle touch of the start button, it is all set to get your dishes sparking clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're extremely pleased with this Samsung dishwasher. Especially that automatic door opening at the end of the cycle. It makes it very easy for the dishes to dry without using electricity. The cycle is very quiet. It's helpful that it interfaces with SmartThings so we get notified when the cycle is complete. We're using the 3rd rack for our silverware - it is easier to sort it on the rack, then grab the dry silverware to put it away quickly.
