[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring a few months ago and it was great but now I’m having issues. Regarding sleep data, the ring is supposed to continue tracking sleep even when you get up to use the bathroom quickly. It did that well in the beginning but for the past few weeks is would stop tracking after I get out of bed for a few minutes. For example if I sleep at 10 pm, use he bathroom at 2am, then officially wake up at 8am… the ring will show I only slept from 10pm-2am and my status will be in the red. Now everything it suggests throughout the day is wrong because it is operating off faulty data. I have updated the software and firmware but still no luck.

Very disappointing because I was loving my ring, but now must abandon my ring (note: support will not authorize replacement without purchase info) plus dispute the money I paid for extended warranty. Spent hours on chat trying to resolve this, and I'm so aggravated by the process its impossible to leave a positive review.

The app provides A LOT of insights and does a good job of explaining why it’s important to health and wellbeing. I’m 4 months in and still learning and adapting my sleep, caffeine and exercise routine.

What I like: - sleep tracking - caffeine window - workout tracking - workout tracking - new parent function :) - the UI has a nice appeal - no subscription What I would change: - bad connectivity with ring-phone - long updating times between ring and phone (updated app, reseted phone, meanwhile changed to new phone) - every time ring update is available I have to reset the whole ring since it remains stuck updating The overall appeal of the ring is positive with some throwbacks, mostly SW related. If new ring will be available on the market, I highly consider upgrading :)

Secondly there are too many health parameters being displayed which are confusing. Otherwise I am happy to be using the product, thanks

I’ve had my ring for a month now and it’s dramatically improved my sleep and recovery. The caffeine window is a helpful feature and the movement score makes me more likely to get extra steps in. I’ve found the ring great for tracking runs and your zone training but the only con so far is that I have to remove the ring when I am at the gym so it doesn’t scratch.

If I followed the sleep tips better I know I would feel better but sometimes I ignore it. I only gave it a 4 because of the gold ring. I expect some scratches and stuff but I’ve only had this since January (24) and it is so scratched and beat up it looks super cheap now. I wish I had gotten the matte grey.
