Excellent tool for tracking sleep and stress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a few months and I’m very happy with it. I especially like the sleep and stress insights, which help me understand my habits better. The app is intuitive but the only thing I feel is missing is a bit more guidance on how to interpret the data and clear tips on how to improve. Still, I highly recommend it!

great hardware, app requires more polish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring itself is good and looks nice. The issue with the product is the partnered App, as it is very unstable. There are times when it syncs well, there are times that it wont and requires constant restart. I wish they can embed auto sync.

Best of inovation in new technology for health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring for a full six months—and here's the latest on how it's performing... I absolutely LOVE it!... It's still a keeper—and I've confidently moved away from smartwatches now.

My personal commitment partner to wellness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heart disease runs in my family, and even though I try to stay active, I’ve never really known how well my heart is actually doing. Not just on the outside, but internally—like how fit it really is. This ring has been surprisingly helpful. The Cardio Age feature kind of freaked me out at first, but it was also a wake-up call. Seeing that number was a good push to take things more seriously—and what's cool is that I could actually see it improve a bit after a couple of weeks of better sleep and more consistent workouts. The VO2 Max reading is another feature I didn’t expect to care about, but now I check it way more often than I probably should. It’s satisfying to see it climb, even slowly. And cardio adaptability is probably what I’ve appreciated the most. It tells me how well my body is bouncing back from stress or workouts—and for someone with my family history, that feels like gold. As for the design, honestly, I’m not a huge fan of chunky wearables, so I was relieved that the ring looks clean and minimal. It doesn’t scream “fitness tracker,” which I love. Super light, too—I forget I’m wearing it most of the time. Heart disease runs in my family, and even though I try to stay active, I’ve never really known how well my heart is actually doing. Especially if, like me, you're trying to stay a step ahead of genetics.

Easy Tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After tons of research, I settled on the Ultrahuman Ring AIR, and I'm glad I did. The app is so very user friendly and I absolutely love how I can dial in which notifications I can receive. I compared the ring for the first few weeks with another watch-based tracker, and the results were identical. I absolutely love that it catches my activity level - even naps! - without me always having to enter data! Very accurate. And the ring is so comfortable to wear!

Amazing habit and lifestyle tracker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the ring as a Christmas gift in 2024 and it has changed my life. The features has helped me lose over 60 lbs since the new year! Being able to see what habits garner positive results has helped me be consistent with the healthier changes I have made to my lifestyle. This product has seamlessly fit its way into my health journey.

The health guru you actually need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for 8 months and prefer it over the Samsung Galaxy Ring, it offers so much more insights about my health on how I should manage my sleep and caffeine intake, the power plugs are awesome, and it is super comfortable to wear all day unlike the Galaxy Ring that has sharp edges and an uncomfortable fit. Definitely recommend it.

Bad experience with calories reading for workouts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. I'm happy with some things but disappointed with the workout data received. I gave up my smartwatch and bought this ring. But, there has been major glitches in data accuracy. I worked out for 60 mins and it showed 54 calories burnt. I mean how strange is that?

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using it for more than a month now, it’s honestly changed my life. I am able to track how my sleep is, my recovery, my stress levels and top favourites - caffeine and breath work (for stress control)

Helped me a loot with sleep

I was considering between 2 rings but decided to buy the Ultrahuman Ring AIR and it has been amazing. Helped me a lot with sleep - which I was not aware of since I am not comfortable with wearing my Apple Watch while sleeping. I hope this ring would last for a long time. Thank you Ultrahuman Team!
