Two nights used and it created a wrinkle in centre.

If firm is this soft, I would hate to imagine sleeping on the ultra plush. This mattress is so soft it is ridiculous. softer than my soft old foam mattress. returning as soon as possible. if you like soft mattresses that come delivered in an easy box rolled up- this is for you.

I bought the medium firmness in store and it feels like plush. Too soft. Perhaps if I had bought the firm, which they don't have in store, it'd have worked. But they won't ship to CA. What a shame, I really wanted to like it. On the plus side, it did not smell bad. And the quality seems to be very decent for the price.

I ordered in app and did a store pick up. This is NOT hotel premium as described. I received a regular Members Mark 12” mattress. I did not realize it until it was too late, I had it out of the box and the plastic was off. I would not have accepted this at the store if I had known. I actually passed up this item in the store wanting the better “Hotel Premier” product. Sam’s Club misrepresented this product and it’s too late for me to return, I had no way of getting it back to my vehicle after it was unrolled. I’m very disappointed

Felt more like soft rather than medium firmness. Way too squishy for my liking.

I bought this mattress but haven’t slept on it yet. It smells like glue or chemicals . I aired out the room , turned fan on, opened windows, put deodoranizer on plug and it still smells.

Mattress is comfortable. I bought 2 for each of my kids going to college. Although, the end of both mattresses are sunken in and will not totally flatten out like the top of the mattress. I suspect it is how they were packed.

The bed is OK for my almost 6 year old son. He is a slim kid, so for him it is fine. For an adult a medium feel, maybe not so much. Maybe a firm would have been better. For now the bed will do.

Member's Mark 12" Firm Memory foam mattress is exactly what I've been searching for in a mattress. It's consistently firm across the entire mattress and does not sag in the middle.

there is an obvious defect with this mattress, but Sam's will not pick-up or refund because I picked it up curbside. I have no way to return it without renting a truck. HORRIBLE - stay away (see pics)
