It took a good day to fully decompress from the box. First night was not restful. It’s gotten better, but it’s not at all what I was looking for. It also claimed to be cooling, and I have been so warm. Good thing I kept my old mattress till I can find a new one.

We purchased this in the early part of 2021. At first it started out well, only to turn out to be the worse mattress we've ever purchased. We purchased this mattress to replace a mattress that was 15 years old and honestly it turns out our old mattress was way better than this one. We held on to it thinking maybe we needed to give it time to adjust to. It sinks in the middle so bad you constantly feel like you are drowning into the bed. No cooling factors. As a matter of fact has contributed to my husbands back being messed up, my hip and side pain. JUST SO HORRIBLE! We're so disappointed we didn't return it immediately and embarrassed we allowed ourselves to suffer with this mattress so long. NEVER in our 54 years of life had both of us had such horrible sleep since purchasing this mattress. Now that we know better we would not recommend this mattress to anyone.

With mattresses being so expensive these days giving this member mark mattress a try was an easy decision. Bought for a guest bedroom, have had 3-4 different people sleep on it and they all said it was great. We will see how it holds up but for the price it’s definitely worth a try!

We have had this mattress for a few months now so i figured I'd write a review. First off it took quite a bit longer than my daughters Serta to mattress to open all the way up. Right away we noticed a very strong odor and figured it would go away after airing it, i was wrong. Mattress was comfortable and helped with a lot of my aches at first but not so much anymore as i feel like i just "sink" in now vs feeling contoured. We never noticed much of a "cooling" affect. Now back to the chemical smell... I unzipped the protector to see if i could figure out what layer of the bed had the strong smell and now i cannot get the protector back on! My fault for not reading the tag until after but if you are like me and planned on washing the protector every now and then- you can't and good luck getting it back on. Good mattress but definitely gets too soft after awhile and topper cannot be taken off.

I have very reasonable expectations and also realize a mattress can be subjective however the overall quality, the low quality foam and covers, everything about this bed is so disappointing. It’s somehow way too soft and yet uncomfortable at the same time. It’s lumpy, cheap and absolutely lacks any support other than being a cheap piece of foam.

I purchased this mattress for my office / guest room. I got the firm twin size. The process of unpacking was super easy and literally the foam mattress filled up very quickly and have had no issues with it. I am super excited for my upcoming guest to come and stay.

Amazing queen bed for the price. Medium firm which was perfect. Delivery was quick and painless, no hassle whatsoever. UPS delivered right to my garage. Unpacked and waiting for the bed to rise in height. Husband couldn’t wait and after resting on the unmade mattress, exclaimed “wow, what a comforting feel! What did you pay for this?” I have paid far more for less comfort. I will repost once it’s has six-months of wear and share its durability. 👍🏼

I've had the medium queen size mattress almost a year. I bought it for my adjustable bed because I had read the good reviews, the cost, and the convience of it being shipped. At this time, I can honestly say it is not the best mattress for an adjustable bed. It has lost some of it's loft and I can sometimes feel the bars of the bed frame though it. I can extend the life of my mattress by flipping and turning it as I'm the only one sleeping on it but if two people sleep on it on a daily basis, it will not last long. Save your money for a better quality matress that you can test in person.
